1. General Provisions & Scope of Service

These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Globalsale (operated by Shanxi Digital Biscuit Technology Co., Ltd., Taiyuan City) to clients globally. By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1.2. Service Description
Globalsale offers customized game art and design services. All projects are developed according to client-provided specifications. Online prices represent base deposits or preliminary estimates. Final pricing will be confirmed following detailed project consultation.

1.3. Refund Policy
Due to the customized and intellectual nature of our services, all sales are considered final once project work has been approved and commenced. Refunds or order cancellations are not permitted for services that have entered production, except where required by applicable regional consumer protection laws.

2. Regional Consumer Rights

2.1. European Economic Area (EEA) Clients
Under EU consumer protection regulations, you possess statutory rights including the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without providing justification (“Right of Withdrawal”).

By explicitly approving project commencement, you acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal will be forfeited once service performance begins. Your approval constitutes both consent for us to initiate services and acceptance that the 14-day cancellation period no longer applies.

2.2. United States Clients
Your consumer rights are determined by the laws of your state of residence. We comply with all applicable state and federal consumer protection regulations. Our policy regarding non-refundable services remains subject to any overriding mandatory provisions in your jurisdiction.

Upon complete payment, clients receive full usage rights to the final delivered artwork for its intended purposes. Copyright ownership of final digital files transfers to the client.

4.2. Third-Party Materials
Clients are responsible for securing appropriate licenses for any third-party assets (including fonts, stock imagery, or reference materials) used in their projects. Globalsale assumes no liability for copyright infringement resulting from client-provided materials.

5. Liability Limitations

5.1. Total Liability Cap
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims related to these terms or services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

5.2. Consequential Damages Exclusion
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from our services or these terms.
