1. Policy Overview

Our products include purely digital virtual cards and physical gift cards/commemorative cards. The refund policies vary depending on the type of product:

  • Purely Digital Virtual Cards: Once successfully paid and activated, these products are generally non-refundable.

  • Physical Gift Cards/Commemorative Cards: These can be returned for a refund under certain conditions.


2. Pure Digital Virtual Card - Refund Policy

Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, and to prevent fraud and abuse, all purely digital virtual cards are non-refundable after successful payment and activation.

Exceptions:
If you request a refund for a virtual card that has not been activated, we may consider it under the following circumstances:

  • A system error caused you to be charged twice.

  • You contact us immediately after payment and provide proof that the card has not been allocated or activated.

  • Other circumstances as required by applicable laws or regulations.

All refund requests under exceptional circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of our team. Sufficient evidence will be required to process any such request, and we reserve the right to make the final decision on whether to approve or deny a refund.


3. Return Policy for Physical Gift Cards/Commemorative Cards

If you need to return a physical card, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Limit: The return request must be made within 14 days from the date you receive the product.

  • Product Condition: The physical card and all accompanying accessories (e.g., card holder, instruction manual, etc.) must be unscratched, unused, unactivated, and in brand-new, intact condition.

  • Original Packaging: All original packaging must be included with the returned merchandise.

  • Return Process: You must first contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a designated return address. Unauthorized returns (i.e., returns sent directly without going through the proper Customer Service process) will not be accepted.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact Us: Within 14 days of receiving your order, contact us via email or our online customer service. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  • Obtain Authorization: Our Customer Service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.

  • Return the Item: Securely package the unactivated card and any accessories along with your RMA number and return address. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we are not responsible for lost items in transit.

  • Refund Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, and confirming that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Situations Where Returns/Refunds Are Not Possible

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The digital-only virtual card has been activated or used.

  • The physical card has been scratched, activated, used, or damaged.

  • The returned item is incomplete, missing accessories or original packaging.

  • The return request has exceeded the 14-day time limit.

  • The package was not delivered or was lost due to an incorrect or unclear address provided by the customer.

  • Delivery failure due to reasons not attributable to us (such as customs detention or issues with local postal services).
